📋 Theme Deep-Dives
15-minute briefs on each of the 5 themes with problem statements, judging criteria, and Q&A with mentors

⚡ Hacking Begins!
Teams begin building. AWS credits and starter kits distributed. Labs open. Mentor availability begins.

🍱 Lunch + Lightning Talks
Catered lunch. 5-minute talks from mentors on AWS services relevant to each theme.
03:00 PM
🧑💼 Mentor Office Hours — Round 1
Scheduled 15-minute slots with industry mentors from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and partner orgs
06:00 PM
📍 Checkpoint #1
Teams submit a 2-line progress update. Mentors do walkarounds to identify teams that need support.
08:00 PM
🍛 Dinner
Catered dinner. Time to step away from the screen, refuel, and regroup with your team.
10:00 PM
⚡ Midnight Surge Begins
Energy kits distributed (coffee, snacks, etc.). Ambient coding music. The real sprint begins.
Day 2
2 April, 2026 — Midnight to Noon

🌙 Mentor Office Hours — Round 2
Late-night mentoring sessions for teams pushing through. Priority support for teams in final stretch.

🍕 Snack Break
Light refreshments to keep the engines running. You're more than halfway there.

Final progress check. Submission guidelines shared. Last chance to pivot or polish.

Catered breakfast. Final fuel before the submission deadline — eat, breathe, ship.

🔒 Code Freeze — All Submissions Locked
All code repositories locked. No further commits accepted. Submit your Devpost/GitHub link before this deadline.

🎤 Demos & Judging
Each team gets 5 minutes to demo + 3 minutes Q&A with judges. Industry panel evaluates across all tracks.
12:00 PM
🏆 Awards Ceremony & Closing
Prize distribution, mentor remarks, internship pipeline announcements, and next steps. You made it.
